Q: I recently placed an order for a product from the AGL Smarter Living Online Store and haven’t received it yet. Will my item be delayed by the site going offline?
A: Delivery times will not be affected by the site going offline.

Q. What if there is a warranty problem with the goods I have ordered?
A. All products sold on the AGL Smarter Living Store are backed by an applicable manufacturer's warranty. The AGL Smarter Living Store Customer Service Team will continue to assist you with any warranty issues and dealings with the manufacturer. To contact the Customer Service Team please call 1300 654 928 or email AGLEnergy@aglsmarterlivingstore.com.au. Alternatively you can contact the manufacturer directly.

Q: I've changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?
A. We will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase provided the product is returned in its unopened, original condition and is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g. tax invoice, receipt or packing slip). You must contact us on 1300 654 928 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email us at AGLEnergy@aglsmarterlivingstore.com.au and we will give you further instructions on how to return the goods to us. Under these circumstances, you are responsible for covering the postage costs of returning the goods to us and you assume any risk.
